Spilt Milk is an annual one-day summer pop music festival, featuring the crème de la crème of Aussie acts and cutting-edge international artists worth crying over! It offers an escape to the leafy, waterside grounds of Commonwealth Park in Canberra and Victoria Park in Ballarat.
The Challenge
The challenge was to reinvigorate the legend-dairy Spilt Milk brand across it's physical and digital touch-points, whilst remaining true to it's laid back, playful, community conscious and summer-time vibes!

The Solution: Say what?
"Don't cry over spilt milk" is an idiom used to advise that it is futile to be upset over things that can't be undone or rectified. A 'DON'T CRY' slogan, eyes, and colourful splashes of milk paired with dynamic typography inform a playful visual language which alludes to Spilt Milk's name and fun and relaxed attitude to going with the flow of life… and milk​​​​​​​!
